My time in Asset Management at Wells Fargo was focused on raising investment by collaborating with institutional investors, which sharpened my ability to deliver impactful messages that investors love. The PetPal Mobile Spa business plan was created through a structured process to highlight the company’s unique vision and potential. I collaborated with founder Lucy Hopkins to define the mission, vision, and eco-friendly value proposition targeting Millennial and Gen Z pet owners. Comprehensive market research analyzed industry trends, customer behavior, and competition, identifying opportunities to differentiate PetPal through convenience, sustainability, and personalized care. The plan included detailed financial projections, a $270,000 funding request, and a scalable operational model with a focus on hiring skilled groomers and outfitting eco-friendly grooming vans. Key performance indicators, such as customer retention rate and average revenue per appointment, were defined to measure success. A marketing strategy was developed, including influencer partnerships, referral programs, and pop-up events, leveraging PetPal’s eco-conscious branding. The result was a professionally designed business plan that showcased PetPal’s growth potential in Los Angeles’ thriving pet care market. (Note, video is for portfolio purposes.
